New Manual Articular Approach (NMAA)

A joint is not just the point where bones meet, but a complex system: bone, cartilage, muscles, tendons, nerves and fluid. NMAA integrates all these elements and their connections with internal organs to locate the true source of a complaint — even when the pain radiates from elsewhere in the body.

Step-by-step program

MAUE Upper Extremity +

Comprehensive therapy of the upper limb focusing simultaneously on the joints, muscles, neural connections, vascular system and their postural-emotional relationships. It covers, among others, the treatment of frozen shoulder, post-fracture and post-dislocation conditions, golfer's and tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

  • Assessment and treatment of cartilage, synovial structures and passive and active ligaments.
  • Fascial work and neural manipulation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
  • The vascular system and visceral connections of the upper limb.
  • Postural-emotional relationships and clinical symptoms for each area.

Prerequisites: per the NMAA program requirements

MALE Lower Extremity +

Precise techniques targeting the elements that make up the joints of the lower limb: bones, cartilage, joint labra, menisci, passive and active ligaments, nerves and arteries. It covers, among others, hip osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, synovitis and entrapment neuralgias.

  • Assessment of the joint capsule, cartilage, acetabulum, menisci and synovial bursae of the hip, knee and foot.
  • Passive and active ligaments, fascia, and the vascular and nervous systems of the lower limb.
  • Venous stasis and proprioceptive disorders.
  • Visceral and emotional connections of the lower-limb joints.

Prerequisites: per the NMAA program requirements

MASP Spine & Pelvis +

A new and innovative approach to the spine and pelvis — intervertebral discs, nerve roots, the musculoligamentous system, the visceral system, and postural-emotional relationships. Techniques that do not use high velocity can be applied even in acute pain states.

  • Work with the discs, active and passive ligaments, veins, arteries and nerves.
  • Application in acute and chronic spinal complaints, intercostal neuralgia, sciatica and femoral neuralgia.
  • Release of the vertebral venous plexuses, important in cases of neuralgia.
  • A detailed look at the cervical, thoracic (with ribs) and lumbar segments together with the pelvis.

Prerequisites: per the NMAA program requirements
